• To assess health/safety suitability before a tattoo or piercing procedure, and to keep a record of your consent as required for our studio's liability and insurance purposes.
• To send you studio updates, if you've opted in to our mailing list — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

Who We Share It With

We don't sell your information. It's shared only with the third-party services that run the site's booking, waiver, and communication features on our behalf:

• Web3Forms — delivers booking and waiver form submissions to our studio email.
• Google Sheets / Google Apps Script — keeps a record of form submissions we can refer back to.
• Mailchimp — manages our mailing list, if you subscribe.
• Google Analytics & Google Ads — help us understand site traffic and measure advertising performance, using cookies (see below).
• Instagram — our gallery page displays public posts from our Instagram account.
